Melanindean Butters are made with only authentic 100% natural ingredients. We will not compromise on the quality or alter our commitment to provide you and your family with products that are safe and free from harsh and dangerous chemicals.
Our butters are naturally susceptible to the changes in temperature and they may soften or melt in hot weather or in a hot environment. Melting do not alter the benefits of the Butters. Melting does change the consistency and volume of the product. If you’re concerned that your product may have melted or softened, refrigerate before opening to avoid spillage.
We take precautions to get our 100% natural butters to you intact by shipping only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so that the are not sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend. If purchases are made during extremely warm temperatures or being shipped to warm destinations we reserve the right to charge for packaging to keep your product safe and in its original form.
Please make sure you make arrangements to pick up your package in a timely manner during warm weather or if delivered to a warm environment. Butters can not be returned for melting.
